My work incorporates paper, paint, fabric clay, metal, wax, words and any kind of object that has a history.

I try to capture the stillness of a moment in time to make the viewer just stop and think.  This interaction has always been the predominant theme in my work - an attempt to have a dialogue between the viewer and the work.

I try to synthesize the disparate objects and media into some sort of doorway through which the viewer is invited to enter and then leave with whatever he or she finds.

Ambiguity is an important factor in my work so that the viewer has to participate in the process of discovery.
